3. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide complete and accurate information required to begin the project.

* Delays in providing necessary content or feedback may affect the project timeline.

* All content (text, images, videos) shared by the client must not infringe on any copyrights.

4. Payments and Refunds

* All payments must be made in full or as agreed upon before the start of the project.

* Once the work has begun, no full refunds will be issued for completed services.

* Partial refunds may be considered only in exceptional cases where no major work has been done.

5. Intellectual Property

* All designs, content, and strategies developed by LaliBoostLab remain our intellectual property until full payment is made.

* After full payment, rights to the final deliverables are transferred to the client.

* We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio, unless otherwise agreed.

6. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and agree to keep all confidential information shared during the project private and secure, unless legally required to disclose it.

7. Revisions and Changes

* Each service includes a limited number of revisions as mentioned in the project agreement.

* Additional revisions or scope changes may incur extra charges.

8. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party tools (e.g., hosting providers, ad platforms) as part of our service delivery. We are not responsible for their downtime, service interruptions, or pricing changes.

9. Limitation of Liability

LaliBoostLab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Our liability is limited to the total fees paid by the client for the specific service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate a project or service agreement at any time due to violation of terms, misuse, or non-cooperation. Clients may also request termination in writing, with agreed financial settlements.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of local courts
